Refunds Policy

Are you unhappy with a recent order? Not to worry. We want to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with Raheen products, so if you want to return an item, or set of items, we have all the details here.

All you have to do is contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) so that we know you are sending back the item(s) you aren't happy with. Email us at info@raheen.co.uk, with your name, the name of the products you want to return, nature of the problem and email address, so that we can confirm the return in writing.

Before you return products to us, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we can not be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns within 14 days of posting products. However, if you aren't happy after 14 days, let us know - we will see if we can resolve the problem.

Once you have returned an item or items, we will inspect the products and send an email, so you know it has been received. At this point, we can notify you if a refund has been approved. Raheen Ltd does reserve the right to reject refund requests if there is insufficient cause to refund a purchase.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit or debit card - the same method of payment used to make the purchase - within 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

When applicable, we can send an exchange item instead of a refund, if there is a suitable product available for a price that matches the original purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

We know it can be a pain waiting for a refund to appear. So here are a few ways to make sure yours has arrived:


  1. Check your bank account. If you paid using a debit card, then it should appear in approximately 10 - 12 working days, since the banks usually require a few days processing time to show a refund.
  2. Contact your credit card company, if you paid that way. Credit card refunds can take a bit longer, so there may be a slight delay before a refund appears.

Done all that? If you still haven't received a refund in those timescales, then please contact us at info@raheen.co.uk with the original returns and refund information so that we can trace the order and check your refund has been issued. We will always do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.


Sale Item(s)

Unfortunately, we are only able to accept the refund of regular priced items. Sale items and Last Chance To Buy items cannot be returned and refunded.


Return Postage

To start a return, you can contact us at info@raheen.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for postage and shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we can only refund the purchase price of the item(s) we are refunding.

If you are returning items worth over £50, it may be worth using tracked post or shipping, to ensure you - as the sender - are protected from the items going missing in transit. Raheen Ltd are unable to guarantee we will receive the items you are returning.


When exchanging a product, it may take longer for your new item(s) to reach you, depending on where you live. We will always give you a choice on whether we refund or exchange items since we want to ensure you are 100% happy with everything you buy from Raheen Ltd.
